Optional Sales-Income Opportunity Program To assist you in increasing your income, we are offering to Passport America Parks ONLY the following sales program. You are not required to participate in this program, however; if you do, this is how it works: You have two options: (1) Display and hand out our brochures with your park ID# on them. (2) Sell memberships at your park and provide the new member a thirty (30) day temporary membership card along with a listing of all Passport America Affiliated Parks or a Passport America Campground Directory. This will allow the member to use it when they leave your park. If you participate in option (2) you simply have the member fill out the application accordingly and collect the required membership fee. Once a week mail us the forms with payment (less the commission earned). THIS PUTS MONEY IN YOUR POCKET IMMEDIATELY! When you receive the forms, we will process them promptly and mail the member the permanent card and directory. (If they did not receive a directory from you.) Passport America and Campground Agreement Passport America's Lagniappe program offers campers the opportunity to camp in affordable, quality, and convenient campgrounds. Passport America provides a No Cost Service to Campgrounds, significantly increasing usage & profit. For this purpose, Passport America and the undersigned campground agree: 1. Each participating campground will sign this agreement with the following obligations agreed upon. The agreement is perpetual, and may be canceled by either party upon 120 day written notice, received by September 1 of each year before the printing of the following year's annual National Directory. The Campground agrees to honor Passport America cardholders for the entire year listing in the Passport America directory. Each year the campground will be mailed an information sheet to make all changes necessary for the following year's ad at no charge to the campground owner. 2. Passport America's Lagniappe program is not a franchise and it is not involved in the management of properties. No investment in Passport America is accepted from any campground. 3. Participating campgrounds will provide site upon a space availability basis. Any number of sites may be rented to Passport America cardholders nightly. No designated percentage need be reserved, 4. The spaces available to Passport America cardholders will be rented at 50% of the regular nightly rate. 5. Each campground will provide Passport America cardholders with a clean, secure and friendly place to camp in general afford Passport America cardholders the same rights and privileges offered its regular customers. 6.
