This boutique park is in a peacefully quiet mountain cove setting bordered by running brook and surrounded by mountain views. RV sites can accommodate 45 ft. plus; 14 total. 20/50 amp service, city water, septic, laundry, 74-channel cable, pavilion with fire pit and kitchen facilities, modem hook-up and courtesy phone. Picnic tables at each site, some concrete patios, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball. Handicapped accessible bathroom/shower. Easy access to I-40 and Blue Ridge Parkway; within driving distance to Cherokee, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Biltmore Estate/Asheville. Pet friendly.
