Full hookups, water electric (20/30/50 amp service), sewer, can accommodate RV’s up to 40 ft, 30 x 50 minimum campsite size, laundry, cable TV, hot showers, and horseshoes. Two bedroom, fully furnished cottages including A/C and cable TV. Park is conveniently located to beach, wind-surfing, fishing pier, restaurants. Located 35 miles from Nag’s Head and Manteo, and 6 miles from Buxton.

P.A. discount is not valid during holidays. There is no limit as to the number of days a camper can stay as long as there are metered sites available. Reservations are recommended. Please mention Passport America Membership at the time of making a reservation. We do not accept credit cards. Cash only. Cancellation policy: Campers will be responsible for all days reserved unless reservation is changed at least 24 hours prior to check in. Campers that shorten reservation at check in will forfit P.A. discount and pay full price. No refunds other than mandatory hurricane evacuation. Leashed pets only, no more than 2 dogs (combined weight no more than 60 lbs./clean up mandatory; strictly enforced). No guard dog types (pit bull, rottweilers, etc.) allowed in park. *Additional charge for electricity is determined by kilowatts used during stay (metered sites). Rate includes 2 adults and 1 child, $4.00 per extra adult and $2.00 per child under 12. $1.00 charge per dog.

Directions:

Located in Avon on the outer banks of North Carolina’s Hattaras Island, travelling South on Highway 12, turn right at the light on Harbour Road. Travelling North, turn left at light on Harbour Road. Pass the fire department and take first right (2/10 mile) on N. End Road, campground is 300 ft. on the right.
