40 total scenic RV sites that can accommodate any size RV, sites are grassy pull throughs and are all level, 30 and 50 amp service offered. Park offers CATV service at most sites ($). Free WI-FI at central location. Clean restrooms and showers, coin laundry, book exchange, volleyball, basketball, playground, horseshoes, Yooper-shoes, nature trail through adjoining 40 acre woods. Centrally located to the Eastern Upper Peninsula attractions. Campground is 4 1/2 miles south of Newberry, and 72 miles east of Sault Ste. Marie.

Notes:

Campground is open May 15th through November 1st. Lodging is open from May 15th through end of snowmobile season. There are no discounts for lodging, other than the longer you stay the more you save. P.A. discount is valid May 15th through October 1st. Electric hook-up only after October 1st, and regular rates apply. P.A. discount is valid for a maximum of two days. No discount is given on tent (primitive) sites or on the 8 full hook-up sites (we will discount a full hook-up nightly by $3.00 for P. A. members). P.A. discount is not valid on holidays or special events. Discounts may not be combined with any other discounts. Reservations are accepted if they are made far enough in advance to send a check for payment. Cancellation policy applies to all reservations. Upon arrival if you decide to stay longer than your reservation, you may use a credit card for payment. Rugs or mats of any size are not allowed on the ground. Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. *Rates are for 2 people, $2.00 for each additional person. A/C or electric heat is $2.00 additional per day.

Directions:

Clementz's Northcountry Campground & Cabins is located 8 ½ miles N of junction of M-28 and M-123. M-28 and M-123 intersect with each other at two different locations (one heads toward Paradise and the other to Newberry). The junction you want is by the Comfort Inn and McDonalds. Head north 8 ½ miles on M-123, we are on the left hand side of M-123.
